Starting as a pipefitter apprentice in Kansas City, Jeff earned more than a decade of experience in the field, working his way up to superintendent. He eventually transitioned to virtual construction and building information modeling where he was able to employ his passion for technology and innovative problem-solving. Jeff and his family moved to Colorado in 2015 when he took on the role of General Manager for U.S. Engineering Innovations. Today, he focuses on offsite manufacturing for Innovations projects, as well as operations for K-Malt, a wholly-owned subsidiary.
