Matt has worked in the HVAC mechanical construction and service field since 2004. He has a master mechanical license for the City of Springfield and the State of Arkansas. His experience includes positions as a service technician, estimator and project manager on a wide variety of projects: service, maintenance, controls, installations, overhaul work, commissioning, customer training and factory startup. As a technician, supervisor and sales manager, Matt has been expanding U.S. Engineering’s service operations in the Ozarks region since 2016.
