Richard joined U.S. Engineering in Fall 2017 as Director of Business Development in the Midwest Region. He graduated from Kansas State University in 2004 with a BS in Business Administration and Management and entered the industry as an outside sales rep for a pipe & supply company. From there Richard held positions as Project Engineer, Business Development Representative and Manager and Senior Business Development Manager at JE Dunn Construction. At U.S. Engineering, among many other things, Richard is an ambassador for this company’s values, building authentic relationships with clients and helping the company grow.
